We took Morgan down to Bull Shoals Lake for the firts time. This is a place where I spent most of my summers growing up and it has a special place in my heart. Bringning Morgan there was like a de-ja-vu in reverse.

Family Pictures 2010

2 Year Check-Up

Morgan had her 2 year check up with Dr. Nitta the other day. She is still in the 95th percentile for her height, and in the 85th percentile for her weight so she is continuing to grow big and strong! Dr. Nitta did however hear a heart murmur at this visit. She assured me that this was a common thing among children and that it would just have to be monitored until she turns 4. If the murmur is still there when she turns 4 we would go see a cardiologist to see what was going on. So...that wasn't the best news, but Morgan is growing and active so I am sure everything will be fine.

Big Girl Bed!

Morgan is a BIG girl now, complete with a big girl bed...In the weeks leading up to Morgan's bed transition we would talk to her about getting a big girl bed. After on afternoon nap, this is the conversation Morgan and I had:

Morgan: Tears in my eyes.

Mommy: Why are there tears in your eyes?

Morgan: Crying

Mommy: Why were you crying?

Morgan: Bed.

Mommy: What's wrong with you bed?

Morgan: For babies...Morgan too big for it.

Morgan is 2!

Over the Memorial day weekend we celebrated Morgan's birthday with lots of family and friends. Morgan got a lot of great presents and really enjoyed all the company. Below is a slideshow of all the pics. we took at the party!
