This past weekend we all headed down to Rocky Hollow Campground in Arkansas for Matt and Deanna's wedding. The weather was beautiful and it was nice to get together some of the family we don't see all that often. Matt and Dee got married on Sunday under the prettiest oak tree I have ever seen, and the wedding was the most personal one I have ever attended. With their friend as the minister, all 4 dogs as attendants, and vows written by Matt and Dee, it was all very touching and very appropriate for their personalities.

Morgan's new Room!

Since we have another little one on the way, we have been having to make some changes to the house. Ben has been working hard on finishing the two bedrooms in the basement, one of which will be our new office. This weekend, we moved the office furntiure out of the upstairs room it was in to make room for the new baby's room. Then we moved Morgan's baby furntiure into the baby's room, and Morgan got herself a new bedroom suit. Have I said the word "bedroom" enough, lol. So needless to say, there was a lot of furntiure moving going on! Here are a few pics. of Morgan's new room. She loves it by the way!

A few Updates

Well summer is coming to an end and fall is here. Morgan loves the cooler weather, but she misses swimming in the pool terribly. Morgan has grown like a weed! Getting her a new wardrobe for the fall was quite suprising, she is wearing a 4T in tops and a 3T in pants!!! She is only 2 year ols, lol. Other than that she is keeping us on our toes and busy all the time. Soon we will be moving her to her "Big Girl Bed" since we will need her bed for the new baby.

Something she said to me this morning, and I am sure she has heard this somewhere but it made me smile:

Me: How old are you?

Morgan: 2

Morgan: Are you 1?

Me: No I'm not 1...I am old.

Morgan: No...you're not old, you're perfect. (slightly smiling and tilting her head to the side)

Also, Ben and I went to the doctor last week. We got to hear the baby's heartbeat (160 per/min.) And the doctor said everything was looking fine. I haven't gained any weight...yet. Although I definatley look pregnant. Lots to come!

Also we have decided to decorate the nursery with prints from Eric Carle books! I am so excited! Brown Bear, Brown Bear is our main inspiration since it is Morgan's favorite!

Okay so for those of you who are wondering, yes I am still keeping up Morgan's blog! It's just been a long while since I have posted anything. Most of you know this by now, but for those that don't we are expecting another little baby next April!! We are very excited and can't wait to add this addition to the family. Needless to say, that is why I haven't been posting, pregnancy is not something that I feel that I am the best at. Being sick constantly and never seeming to get enough sleep these days. Thank goodness for Ben, he is a wonderful husband and dad and has been holding down the fort practically since I found out I was pregnant. Also, I haven't been great at taking pictures, and most of these are from earlier this summer but I thought I would share.
